Stayed here for a night last month with my wife. We booked a superior room which although larger, was in need of a makeover. The staff at reception could have been friendlier - they checked me in and told me my room was ready but after carrying a heavy bag to the other side of the hotel - the room...

I recently attended a family wedding at the Burrendale Hotel and had such a great day in such a nice setting. I found the staff to be very professional and worked as a team to make the whole day happen without any problems. The bar staff also did an excellent job, and the waiters were fantastic. All round, everyone who...

Rooms are very tired and bland. Hallways are also very outdated. No clock on the nightstand so we had to rely on the wake up call which was fortunately accurate. Staff were very friendly and thoughtful.
