I have always supported family run businesses, so after rather disappointing stay the first time around, I decided to give it another go. I was shocked by the dirt in the room. I don't think the bathroom was cleaned in months. This hotel is in a great location, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would urge the manager...

We were disappointed with the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean but there was evidence of water damage on the ceiling and wall. The net curtains were torn. The television was very old and there was no remote control for it. We actually gave up using it as it was difficult to get a picture...

I slept like a baby! King size comfortable bed in a good size room. You might not like it here if you are fussy because it's old and tired, but we enjoyed it. The staff was so friendly, helpful and charming. The hotel is in an excellent location. We ate dinner in the Cellar Bistro and our dinner of salmon...

Exceptionally friendly staff! Breakfast- grease filled up the plate, potatoe bread burned on one side whilst the other side soaked up the grease! Waitress friendly but handed us a spoon from a table she was clearing away!? Which had flicks of someone else's Wheatabix on it. Bed comfortable, despite a questionable hair on it. Cracks all over the walls. Bathroom...

The staff make this hotel - all women as far as I could tell. Everyone was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast in the upstairs dining room was good and made to order, but the pub downstairs was terrific for dinner - very good steak, fish, and wine. This is an older hotel in an older town than...

We had a surprise to be booked in here for 1 night by a friend who was unable to accommodate us. We were given a rear bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. We had to take our suitcases up the stairs and, as I have since discovered, there must have been a lift but the staff did not mention it...

We stayed as a mid week break. On arrival we found the staff very friendly, witty and very willing to help. The rooms are comfortable and the location is superb. We ate both nights at the hotel and opted for our food to be served in the Turner bar, where there was abit of craic with the bar staff and...

Just had a two night break here. Great big room with comfortable bed. Quite a few stairs up though I think there might be a lift. Had dinner both nights. Lovely food at a great price. Breakfast quite basic. Only fry on menu but will make you scrambled eggs if you ask. No entertainment though which was disappointing. Staff efficient...

Stayed here one night and loved it. Everyone was so friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Location is good, very close to the Armagh bus station. Beautiful town to wander through and the local restaurants were all very nice.

I hope constructive criticism works,as this hotel needs a revamp.Very Noisy as it looks onto a main road with single glazing, frames that are in need of replacing,as do the dirty carpets.Grout in the floor tiles in the bathrooms missing,as was the tv remote.Hole int wall where the door handle meets it.wooden furniture with burnt mug stains everywhere.Staff lacked a...
