We stayed here whilst touring Northern Ireland in June 2016. Everything was perfect from start to finish; from the tea and coffee and homemade cookies on arrival, to the beautiful ensure bedroom, to the fantastic breakfast the following morning. Lovely touches like robes in the room made this a 5 star stay. Niki's hospitality and wonderful cooking made this B&B...

Our room had a four poster bed, large rug on the floor, old-style furniture, dolly-type items under the lamps on each side of the bed, and it therefore felt very cozy!! Besides the bedside lamps, there were small reading lights over both sides of the bed, which most places do not have and it makes it hard to read. Very...

The Whins is excellent. A rural, quiet location about 10 minutes drive from Ballycastle, perfect for visiting the Giants Causeway, Rathlin Island, and walking the north coast (it really is stunning). Niki was so welcoming (delicious homemade biscuits on arrival) and very helpful with maps and advice on distances to the sights. Our room was very clean with everything provided...

We found the Whins via Trip Advisor and agree with its high ratings. There are only 2 rooms so it has suited our family of 4 v well. Really nicely appointed, welcoming hosts and wonderful breakfasts. Ideally placed for exploring all the North Antrim coast has to offer.

We absolutely loved this place and Niki, everything was perfect and taken care of. The house is very warm, cozy and very clean. Although we only stayed one night we really felt like at home. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a quiet retreat after a long day of driving/hiking.

Niki and Paul are such friendly hosts. We arrived late afternoon after about a 5 min drive from Ballycastle into the countryside, and were welcomed with coffee and biscuits. We stayed in the Dunseverick room which has recently been renovated. We had a view over the farmland with chickens wandering around, and the bedroom was toasty warm, clean and beautifully...

Having stayed in several B&Bs whilst doing a tour of NI, this was by far the best B&B. The room was lovely, large and immaculate with a seperate dressing room and ensuite. Niki and Paul go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the breakfast, taken in the lovely breakfast room with views of the fields, was...

What a beautiful place! Thank you very much for your outstanding hospitality, the fantastic breakfast and the delicious biscuits, Nici & Paul. We've enjoyed every minute in your B&B and didn't want to leave today. Thank you also for your recommendation for Dunfanaghy! The rusty oven was a great experience and the pizza was excellent!

I stayed recently on my own at The Whins, while walking along and near the Causeway coast. In particular, I echo what other guests have said about Niki and Paul's warm welcome and delicious food. I wholeheartedly recommend this bed and breakfast.
