Amazing value for money, staff are brilliant' so informative and friendly. Place is clean and does what it says on the tin. Definitely a place for a weekend get together with friends more than a family break but still very suitable for families. Cheap taxis into town, also walking distance if you fancy it.

The room was great loads of hot water and nice powerful shower comfy bed and was lovely and clean. the whole place was spotless. But what stood out the most for me was the staff and how just so friendly they where and they really couldn't do enough for us. It really is a home away from home and i...

Stayed here with a group of young people. The staff go out of their way to help and nothing is too much bother. Food was excellent. Rooms really warm and comfy beds. Will definitely stay again. First class

I have stayed here a couple of times when my daughter has been overnight at the royal Victoria hospital Belfast- less than a 5 mins drive - rooms really clean, basic, comfy bed and loads of parking - at £30 really affordable and a good place to get your head down.

Althought, the breakfast was included the hostel is very far from the center. The city was very kindly and i believe that it is very recommendable to visit. The hostel was noisy and the room was dirty. The hostel has free parking.

Clean, warm rooms with ensuite, TV, wifi, and 24 hour reception with lovely staff ! Ticks all the boxes - and at the price ... an absolute bargain ! Think it mostly operates as a conference centre - but they cheerfully hire out the rooms when not fully booked (they aren't on booking.com .... you have to contact them direct...

Good basic accommodation, hot water is scalding hot! Walls can be a bit thin but it's only bad if the neighbours are overly noisy. Good location. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Breakfast is basic

There are definitely positive and negatives to this place. The negatives: housekeeping is not every day or every other day or even every third day for that matter. Continental breakfast on weekends include, toast, croissant, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. Weekdays the breakfast is eggs, bacon, sausage, soda bread, potato, as well as the continental fixins'. Not much around or within...

Very comfortable room. Ask for lake view room. Enjoyed balcony and staff was friendly and helpful. However, common areas were dirty--had to wipe tables as they were sticky and had gunk on them. They also had ice which I am always looking for and not easily obtained here!
