It was a fair night spend. sufficient clean, sufficient quite, bad mattress, messy kitchen, fair price. I wouldn't suggest it to people that haven't been in hostel again. It wont be a good first impression for hostels, as hostels can be cheap, but not "cheap"
What can I say... it can be filthy in some areas but that`s ok, it is a hostel. And for a hostel it, of course, has a friendly atmosphere, creative illustrations on walls and doors and an Irish man can easily steal £100 from you. In other words, it is a typical hostel.
Stayed for 5 nights comfy bed. Showers only last a short time so you have to be real quick to shower, can't wash hair and wash without water going cold but overall staff and site better than other hostels.
We booked two beds in a 4-bed room, but were lucky to have the room to ourselves for the two nights. Room is very basic with two bunk beds, two chairs, a sink, and a wardrobe. No table or hooks or hangers so I can imagine 4 people in the room would have trouble hanging their…
Excellent value. 25 min walk from the city centre. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room very small, I was literally only in it to sleep. No warm water in the showers whilst I was there, and bathrooms/toilets were messy. Free parking in the surrounding roads. Found it tricky…
