stayed for long weekend with several others attending a convention at the Waterside. The staff were generally fantastic but service let down by inability to cope gwith breakfast rush hour. Rooms beginning to show wear and tear. Room at front meant that windows had to be closed due to road noise , no air con so either a hit it...

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of the Rotary Conference. We have stayed at Mal hotels before and think the dark decor could do with an update - in Belfast it was starting to show its age. Hotel staff were really polite. The room was great - comfy bed and good bath/shower. Our main criticism was the breakfast...

Myself and my friend stayed here on Friday night as there was an event on in the Odysessy. When we arrived our room wasn't ready so they took our bags and we decided to head to their bar for a drink. Their cocktails are to die for, and the service was impeccable I think we were served by Marine. She...

We stayed in the Titanic suite for our anniversary and the staff were lovely from start to finish, the suite was very large and clean but a bit dark, bathroom was great. Breakfast was very good too. All in all a great location and really nice staff

Stayed here over the Easter weekend on our first visit to Belfast. It's a lovely, attractive old building done out in the sultry, moody, luxurious decor Malmaison are so famous for. Service was absolutely fantastic, polite and helpful, from check-in to room service when we ran out of coffee, it was clear from the attitude of all staff that nothing...

We've eaten in a family group at Malmaison brasserie three times in the past 6 months. Each time we've been very pleased with the very high standard standard of food and service. On Easter Saturday they accommodated a group of 8 of us at short notice. It's comparable to an upmarket restaurant, but tends to be overlooked because it's part...

From checkin to departure EVERY member of staff went above and beyond the call to make me feel welcome. Had an excellent value for money Sunday lunch then had an overnight stay after a show at the nearby odyssey arena. Room was clean and comfortable, food was delicious. Excellent cocktail menu.... Excellent staff... Definitely will return.... Highly recommend!

Plus points: Nice staff, great bar area and lovely food. Attentive waiters and a good/decent breakfast (I only had the continental). Decor is a particular one, and dark, but this was okay and the rooms were very clean. Excellent bathroom with great shower. Not so good points: I was in a room located close to the road, this can be...

Stayed here last night on business. First things first, free wifi at a decent speed - good news! I've only ever been on two Malmaison's before and they all seem to have a gloomy dark shabby chique style to them (one assumes the branding reflects the name). The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable with good sleep...

Stayed two nights on business. King size room, well equipped with great pillows, though bed was rather hard. A brighter light and magnifying mirror would help with make up as lighting a bit dim! Bathroom good with powerful shower. Brekkie excellent. Would stay again.
