Stayed one night in business. Bedrooms are very dark so hard to get any work done. Also very hot in rooms. Room was very gothic in style but a little tired. Had dinner in bar, very quiet but excellent food and service. Great selection too. Hot breakfast was very good too but the cold buffet seems to have been overlooked....

We were very impressed by the hotel receptionists before we even arrived at the hotel. I spoke to two different team members who were very helpful with answering some of my queries and when we arrived to check in we were equally impressed that we were able to check in slightly earlier than 3. Our suite was very trendy. Big...

Lovely lunch courteous of my son and family lovely choice of starters. Chef very good at explaining all starters and salads. I had roast beef for main course. Very tender. Hubby had fish cake. Good choice of sweets. Hubby had creme bullee, I had cheese selection. Nice choice of cheese. However not at room temperature. Staff friendly when you finally...

This hotel is rather past its sell by date but rather lovely at the same time. The room was very dark both in terms of decor and lighting. Found making my coffee an interesting experience fumbling about in near darkness. The bed was hard but comfy and the room was a generous size. Lovely bedding and shampoo etc. The staff...

My finance and I really enjoyed our stay just before Christmas. We picked it because the location is prefect for shopping in Belfast, it's very close to Victoria Square. The check-in process was quick. We love the room, the bed was very comfy, it even has a coffee machine! The Bar was atmospheric. We also enjoyed our dinner in the...

We chose the Malmaison date night package for a birthday treat. On arrival we were upgraded to a Club Deluxe room which was absolutely beautiful and really made our stay extra special. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and all staff we encountered were pleasant especially the reception staff. Continental breakfast was not great but for a £2 supplement we...

I stayed in this hotel recently for 2 nights. Firstly the décor is amazing really eye catching. We stayed in a luxury queen room. It was beautiful, spacious enough for myself and my partner and the bed was fantastic, really comfy. The bathroom again very spacious. Has everything you need. The shower was really really hot, this will be a...

Good afternoon roseannNI, Thank you for recently staying with us and for providing us with feedback following your stay. I can only apologise about the issue with your hot water and breakfast items. We stayed here for 2 nights, I got very ill with the flu on the first night. Not a good hotel to be bed ridden in. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, felt as though we were sleeping on a springy table top. Other than that it is a nice place. Very lux decor feel but abit old and dated. Chips...

Quirky looking hotel at a great price and with good location to city centre and local amenities. Also we were offered a great deal on a three course restaurant meal with nice choice of food and fair selection of wines too.
