I didn't rate this hotel as 5 Star because I see it is a 5 Star hotel - it's not - but because I think it represents excellent value for money. The room was a good size and clean, the bed was comfortable, everything worked,...More

While the owner staff were pleasant and welcoming, some aspects of the guest house were disappointing. Coffee at breakfast on last day was stone cold (literally), my daughter waited 30 minutes for cup of tea, the 'pancakes' we received were out of a plastic packet...More

Awful place to stay. Booked it as a last minute to stay over while attending a concert. Did not expect much for all we paid but what we did expect was clean. Once we entered our room the first thing that hit us was the...More

Hi All Seasons Guest House is about 2 and a half miles from Belfast railway station, taking about 45 mins walk. There are regular buses from bus stop opposite the guest house that go to city centre

We were at the top of the Guest House and heard no noise at all. Although it is on a main road, it isn't very busy at night, so I am sure you won't have any problems :-)
