This is a hotel with an extremely friendly staff. The wifi is about the best I have experienced. It is located minutes from all parts of the city centre. The bar staff (where most time was spent) are a great craic.

Although this is a city centre hotel I had never really considered staying here any time I needed a hotel in Belfast, choosing instead (at various times) the Hilton, Europa, Mal Maison or Fitzwilliam. By chance, needing a room for work at short notice, I chose the Radisson. This was mostly due to the fact that I have previously found...

From the average welcome to the fairly indifferent farewell, this is a cold, impersonal business hotel. The rooms are quite large, but spartan, and in my case the complimentary toiletries were empty! The hotel is probably fine if one is attending meetings in the nearby offices in the Gasworks, otherwise there are better choices available in Belfast.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. Rooms are big and well-furnished and well-kept. Breakfast is very good and there is plenty to eat. An additional plus is that staff is really very friendly throughout the hotel. To be recommended.

Nice hotel, generally quiet but within 5 minute walk of city centre. Menu and service in the evening not good enough - specifically from the senior staff. Restaurant closed without warning on one evening due to a function taking over - front desk know nothing about it and customers were turned away.

Me and my wife stayed in Radisson BLU from 22nd to 24th Nov and right from the time we entered the hotel we were amazed with the hospitality. While the check-in time was 3pm and since we arrived from London at 10 am, the lady at the front desk didn't even ask us to wait instead checked us in straight...

To start with I love Carlson group Hotels but probably was spoiled with South Asia/Middle East hotels and my expectations were based on that. Hotel is located relatively city center, 5-10 min walk from Victoria Square. Rooms are spacious and clean. I just found that rates were bit on higher side compared to other Radisson hotels with the service provided....

Crakin hotel, great staff, city of welcoming and delightful people. Lovely to stay in a hotel that serves coffee in the morning that doesn't immediately desiccate your face from the inside out making you look like you are imitating a fish, cappuccino not filthy filter, well done Blu.
