Stayed two nights for weekend exploring the city. Good, central location, no car parking, but there is an arrangement for the multi storey opposite to offer discounted parking and parking attendants are helpful. Hotel clean, staff friendly. Breakfast is buffet style, food good and plenty of it, cooked and cold offerings. There is a large bar come lounge area.

Very convenient location for a family city break. Room was spotless and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Nice seats in reception area for unwinding. Room was good size only issue would be the fold out sofa bed had a lot of metal pointy bits when unfolded and we had a few scrapes and bumps. Also spent half an hour...

Comfortable stay and excellent service by staff. The location is really good and very good breakfast with good service. We really enjoyed the stay. This is really close to the city center and all private tours starting point is very near to this hotel (there is a shortcut walking route through bus station).

Check in was amazing and staff very professional. Our room (no.810) was stunning with good views over West Belfast and Cave Hill. The bathroom was 100% new and functional. Breakfast was good but the cooked breakfast should be more Irish, without bean but with Soda Bread and other features of a typical Ulster Fry: but everything was delicious:-) If you...

Had to visit Belfast at short notice recently for family reasons. Booked the Holiday Inn as I regularly use the chain for work. Overall, it was a very nice stay. The hotel is modern, the welcome was warm, the room was spotless and nicely appointed and the wi-fi was excellent. I ate in the bar area which was fine and...

We stopped by the holidays inn on our short visit to Belfast. Great location, very close to city center, city hall, bus station. We also tried the restaurant but we were not as happy as for the room. Food was not so much appreciate by all of us. The place is family friendly, plenty of kids around.

Stayed for one night recently. Rooms are great. Large bed and comfy. Great shower. Location is perfect. Probably 200 metres from the bus station. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. Loads of choice both hot and cold dishes and also had a 3 course meal at night and the food was really good and reasonable. Would highly recommend...

Fantastic hotel in a central location. We arrived at 1:30pm to check in, it wasn't til we got to our room that i realized we had checked in before the usual time. The very helpful receptionist made no remark about that. The room itself was clean and spacious. The lobby area is nice too with local newspapers available. Breakfast was...
