We stayed here for one night and that was more than enough.. I was back in Ireland for a holiday in the winter and that's exactly what we got with this hotel from the reception area right through to our rooms it was cold..! The first room we stayed in was dirty and worn out with paint chipped, carpet stains...

We stayed at the Clayton Hotel last week. Overall it was a good experience but with a few problems. Good first: The location is excellent, directly opposite BBC Broadcasting House and 5 mins from the City Hall and shopping area. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the hotel looks good- an impressive external frontage whilst the rooms are modern,...

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel in the past two months. I can't recommended this hotel enough. The hotel is so convenient to Belfast's city centre bars and restaurants. The staff made us feel so welcome both times. In particular mr gilvary from reception who couldn't have been more helpful and made our visit even more...

We stayed there from the 6th Jan to the 8th Jan 2017. Room was fine, check-in fine, however breakfast on both mornings was dismal. The hot buffet had gone cold on both mornings - much busier on Sunday. On Sat I asked what was in the bread and it took 20 mins to find out. Then on Sunday morning they...

Myself and my Father attended the Clayton on Christmas Day for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was great and the choice and layout was top notch. The price was pretty reasonable. The welcome was great. Besides the actual food one equally important thing to us is the atmosphere and the interaction with the staff. At the Clayton...

Stayed here with a friend for a saturday night away in jan. Great location, 5 mins walk to bus/ train stations, opera house and city centre shopping!! On arriving we were greeted by 'Andrew' on reception who throughout our stay couldnt have done enough for us, between sorting the best value parking to suit us, giving us a complimentary upgrade...

This Hotel is very average and largely what you would expect. The lifts are fast and the breakfast was very nice. The pool is nice and warm and this needs mentioning as very few places heat their pool such that it's pleasant .....and this pool was lovely and warm. That costs money so credit for that [ or maybe it's...

I was in Belfast for one night last November on business and stayed here. The location was excellent. The room was comfortable and suited my needs. Staff were helpful and friendly on reception. My wife and I stayed here 31dec 2016. Despite some of the reviews we found the hotel spotless. It was good to have the use of the pool and spa, not common in other Belfast hotels. The location is ideal, only 5 mins walk from Europa Bus Station. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. I had grilled sea bream...
