Great accommodation on Ormeau Road. Good venue, rooms very comfortable, staff very helpful, overall very good value for money. Communal kitchen for snacks, good bar and great atmosphere. Would stay here again. Plenty happening on the Ormeau Road socially.

This was the most overpriced place I have ever stayed . It can’t even be deemed a bed and breakfast . Because breakfast consisted of a slice of toast and tea in a communal kitchen Area with 6 seats .

Lovely clean little rooms but no 24hr receptionist.reception is in the downstairs bar. had noisy idiots playin music until 6 15am next door to us no sleep not "hotels" fault but nobody to complain to.

Stayed for a night for a work event. Staff were brilliant... Rooms clean, modern and warm. Great kitchen facilities also. Great bar downstairs also. Food is first class.
