Nice hotel, old but modernized, no lift so not accessible for the elderly easily. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, tea coffee in bedroom. Nice bar downstairs with excellent friendly staff one of them even made up a special cocktail for my partner. Choice for breakfast is Ulster fry, omelet or pancakes. BUT and it is quiet a big but. It is probably the...

I really liked this place, rooms were nice, university area so a good vibe. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the cocktails in the bar were great. Only slight downside was that it was a bit noisy from students on the street at 2am. Overall would recommend this place and I would stay again if in Belfast.

My wife and I stayed in Best Western twice in 2 weeks in July. We had a very comfortable stay, excellent service, comfortable beds and friendly staff. We highly recommend this hotel. The location was close to Belfast City Centre

Hotel in need of much work. Dated, shabby decor and paper thin walls. Located near Queens University which would be an issue during term time. Street noise and traffic make this hotel problematic. Plenty of restaurants catering for student community.

Very good reception service and lovely breakfast dining experience. One lady is serving the breakfast based on the order, and she will serve you main meal only when you finish your salad starter, if you order this. The room is also spacious with the price paid.

The room was a bit tired and the bed was a small double. Air conditioning unit was noisy outside window. Metro kitchen was really good and the staff were very attentive and keen to help. Food was really good !!

Belfast and the Crescent Townhouse were our first port of call in Ireland. A very high standard has now been set for the rest of our travels. The only negative with the Townhouse was intermittent wifi in our room (however good access from library) and the noise from the street.

A lovely hotel with wonderful staff. I stayed on a very hot day and they provided a fan. The room was very comfortable and the facilities good. I left my phone charger behind and they sent it back to me by post and phoned to check it had arrived. All in all very impressed.
