While this is perfectly fine place to stay for a cheeky weekender, i was surprised by how dated it was. The doors for example still have keys to access the rooms. This isnt a problem as such, it just felt like this was the Travelodge That Time Forgot and hadnt been updated to

Dear charlicertified, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Whilst we are not the newest of hotels in Belfast we do offer the best value in the city. With regard to the key we have never had the problem of it stopping working after being in your pocket all day ( its happened to all of us) and it also enables our housekeeping team to know when to service your room so you will not be disturbed if you are in the hotel during the day. kind regards Garry Gaynor

Stayed here for 1 night on a quick business trip. This is a basic hotel, well located. The bed is comfortable and I slept well, the room is clean and has tea making facilities and a tv. It’s not the Ritz, but it is excellent value for £75.

Dear Caz2707, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry you were not happy with your recent stay. You reported that you had left the items in your room 5 hours after you had left the hotel and visited a number of other locations in Northern Ireland. The room was checked immediately when you reported it to us and unfortunately nothing was found. I personally checked the room after speaking to you . I spent a considerable amount of time speaking to staff, contacting our laundry company and checking CCTV. I telephoned you again to inform you of the steps I had taken . I can assure you we have taken every action possible to locate your items however we are unable to confirm if the items were left in the room. kind regards Garry Gaynor

Dear Poppy188, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry you were not entirely happy with your stay. Due to our central location it can be noisy, however I will ensure our maintenance team check all windows to ensure they are closing correctly. I will pass on your kind comments about the staff. kind regards Garry Gaynor

Hi. Is there a restaurant at hotel. If not nearest place for early breakfast?
Yes you can get a breakfast and you can get cafes and places to eat not far away. I have something to eat at the Europa train station when am really stuck for time as it is only a few minutes away.
