a couple of items went missing from my room and I never got them back. Staff was dismissive when I brought it up. the wifi kept going off. lock to door was stuck and took several attempts to get it open.

Stayed here for 1 night on a quick business trip. This is a basic hotel, well located. The bed is comfortable and I slept well, the room is clean and has tea making facilities and a tv. It’s not the Ritz, but it is excellent value for £75.
Stayed overnight and left an expensive watch on the bed called a few hours later and watch nowhere to be seen the staff did not seem interested .I spoke with the manager and although promised to keep me updated apart from one phone call failed to do so
