We stayed four nights in a comfortable room ( 5) with an excellent en suite bath/shower room. Breakfasts very good with choice of cereals plus the cooked one of course. We recommend the local taxi services if you do not have a car. The Ravenhill Road is quiet at night and no problem for light sleepers.

If you want reasonable prices then this B&B is fine. There's no staff except for breakfast time, you pick your key up in an envelope in the conservatory - any random person could do the same and pick up a random envelope!!

We were looking for good value accommodation in a guest house that possessed a lot more personality and peace than you will find in a Premier Inn. We met a very hard working lady (Marian) and her two young assistants, who obviously rotate their duties so far as breakfast service is concerned, whilst the excellent Chef De Party is Marian...

Very nice spot and great value. Marian went out of her way to help us make and adjust plans. The only downside is that there really are not pubs in the area to walk to at night. Breakfast was very, very good.

Very reasonable price and very clean hotel. A bit disappointed in location. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Unfortunately, only one hand towel and no wash cloths for two people. Had no ice and staff did not offer to get any.

Excellent service staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the potato bread and soda bread! The room was very nice and modern on our four day stay the towels etc were changed everyday. Location was good would recommend to hire a car as a little way from the City.

I stayed here last April for business and then again in June. The best about this guest house is the balance between location, amenities and price. I also appreciated the hospitable staff, who were lovely enough to recommend a nice diner near by :)

Accommodation and breakfast was a good as many hotels I've stayed in. Extremely high standard of cleanliness and a very relaxed and helpful ambience. A little outside the city centre but as distances in Belfast were not great anyway this was not a problem. Would definitely book here if visiting Belfast again.

We enjoyed our visit to Belfast. The room here was comfortable; just a little on the warm side. Breakfast was great. The one trouble we had was our car got boxed in, so we ended up walking to the Titanic Experience, which was a walk. In a sense that ended up a plus, since we weren't saddled with the car,...
