Stayed two nights in March 2015 while visiting Belfast and Northern Ireland sights. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However the bathroom (especially shower) is on the small side. If a bathtub is important, then this might not be the right hotel for you. There are restaurants nearby, but still somewhat of a walk. Breakfast is full Irish - buffet...

This hotel is a fairly good base for exploring Belfast or if you have business in the University Quarter. However, it is not somewhere to stay for any prolonged period. The rooms are pretty basic with small toilet/shower rooms. This is actually fine for the price and one doesn't expect luxury at budget rate. What one might expect is that...

This was a lovely hotel to stay in on my recent trip. The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was really good and a great selection. Good quiet area as well with some very good restaurants and cafes nearby.

This is a great place to stay to visit Belfast. It's walkable to the main city centre but in a quiet part of the city so there's no disturbances during the night. We had a room on the third floor at the end which also meant the only neighbours we had were on one side. Unfortunately on the first night...

Stopped here for food en-route to a show in The Opera House. After asking the barman if we could have a table for some food we were handed a menu and told we had to order now at the Bar!!! I have never experienced this in any hotel before! In a hotel I would expect to be escorted to a...

We visited Belfast for the weekend and stayed here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean and had everything we required. The location is ideal, just a five minute walk to the bustling area of Botanic road full of restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights during the Feb break, and were pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel was. The free parking was a great addition along with the free breakfast offerings.
