This is a nice hotel, in a good location and pleasant, friendly staff. Arrived on Monday after a day trip to Dublin and booked into our twin room which was decent enough. I loved the shower (was big for the hotel) and the breakfast was really nice. I would rate this slightly better then the holiday inn towards the centre...

We missed the ferry and was late by a day, the staff were so helpful calling another hotel up the road to accommodate the family for an extra night, as the room we had was booked for the next night. The place was lovely and will definitely stay there again

We stayed here for one night. Took us ages to find it... it's in a built up area in student quarters. The hotel itself is lovely, step outside the door and turn left.... awful! Probably best to avoid going that way! However, going right you eventually come to the local amenities, pubs, shops, restaurants etc. The room was nice and...

Upon arrival at the Holiday Inn express we were welcomed with many smiling faces from the reception staff. They were very helpful & polite, the hotel is in the university area of Belfast. We were told to make sure we turned left whenever we left the hotel as they could not guarantee our safety if we turned right 😬. The...

I have to compliment the holiday inn express university street Belfast for its quality, cleanliness, food quality (taty bread lovely and crispy ) The staff were so pleasant and professional. The location was excellent as it combined convenience to Ulster museum, university area and restaurants with a feeling of being in a leafy suburban area. Very restful! A short taxi...

The hotel is very well situated, in the University district and a fifteen minute walk from the city centre. The lobby is spacious with a comfortable sitting area and the bar and dining area to the left of the entrance is well planned with space dividers. Reception is swift, friendly and efficient. Rooms are small but very well designed, the...

This hotel was good. A little bit out of the city centre. About 20-30 mins from the Europa bus centre. Room were fine. Pillows were not very good. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety. Staff were very nice.

It's a bit out of town, but a pleasant walk and in a nice area. Reception staff were helpful, my room was spacious, clean, well equipped and functional, and the breakfast was excellent - really good choice. All in all, no regrets staying here and would recommend.
