I stayed here for one night over a weekend away, with my husband for a belated valantines. We were given a room next to the lift. I am a heavy sleeper so the noise must have been very loud. We actually had people knock off our door at one point. The telephone in our room also

I m disappointed to read of the points you have raised concerning customer service and I m sorry that myself or a member of our team had not the opportunity to discuss your experience and apologise to you in person for the unforeseen noise you experience . The telephone may have been another guest dialling a wrong room.The points that you have raised in a constuctive way have been shared with all staff and improvements as a result of your comments.Our fire alarm is to protect our hotel guests and if it is accidentally set off by another guest who has burnt toast it is unfortunate.

Sorry for my late response, no, there isn't however I took my Amazon fire stick with me, and managed to connect it to the USB on the TV so therefore I got the whole range of apps that come with it.
