Check in is fast Staff Friendly Rooms spotless Bar is comfortable and happy hour welcome after a day at work. Came in really late and needed food the restaurant was closed so they sent out for a Chinese takeaway for me, supplied the plates and cutlery. Now thats what you call service. Will continue to stay when in Belfast

Hotel is good, very close (5 min ride) from Belfast city airport. Rooms are clean, breakfast is tasty, they also have a bar downstairs. Reasonable distance to the city center, can be easily reached by taxi. Surroundings are nice, close to the shore, Titanic's birth place.

We found this hotel very easily well sign posted, very handy parking easy to use and reasonably cost for full twenty four hours parking, well situated, near to all places we wanted to visit ie the titanic quarter and a easy lovely ride up the coast to giants causeway, both well worth visiting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel clean... More

4 of us stopped Friday to Sunday , the hotel was in a great location for us , had two twin rooms as requested and good air con , cannot fault this hotel chain for the price you pay and they had a happy hour in the bar from 18.00 to 20.00 hrs , we did the open top bus... More

We stayed for one night after returning from scotland by ferry late at night, there is a parking issue for this hotel, you park at the Odyssey car parking which is 2 min walk from the entrance, not so comfortable if you have many stuff in your car to unload. the parking over night costs 6Pnds. Check in was quick... More

Situated in the Titanic Quarter, it's a perfect location for the Odyssey and Titanic, my reason for visiting. The hotel was a typical Premier Inn, very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful, although some of their local knowledge could have been better. There was a two tier price for breakfast, Full @ £8.75 or Continental @ £6.25,... More

Myself and my friend decided to take a 2 night break in Belfast as we had never been before. The hotel is wonderfully positioned, close to all the main city centre bars, shops and dining areas. We stayed in room 306 overlooking Waring Street. Unfortunately the room wasn't the quietest and I was woken several times each night from the... More

Sadly, the PI sleep guarantee did not guarantee a good night's sleep, but this was not their fault as I tend to sleepn badly in any hotel room. The bed and pillows were fine, and it was quiet (room overlooked car park and water). I asked for, and got an extra sheet (tend to find duvets too warm in summer... More

Whatever time of year you come, you'll find great food in our onsite restaurant and a lovely comfy bed in your room. Limited car parking available at an extra cost. Directions: Follow signs for the Odyssey Arena which is clearly signposted on all major roads. The hotel is situated only 100m from the M3 motorway. From the M2 follow signs for the M3.
