    Would highly recommend. Excellent experience from checking in. Comfortable room with complentary extras for our special occasion which were so unexpected. Breakfast was lovely and all staff very welcoming.

    Dated and not living up to name
    The room was fine, the bed very comfortable but the shower didn’t work and the bathroom was not clean. Dirty plates at breakfast. Piano lounge was dated and the bar area was grubby , seating worn and table wasn’t clean.

    Do you have a gym and if not - where is the nearest one?
    I fon’t Believe so. It is more an older established facility and not having all the convenience of newer ones. Anytime Fitness Center is just a few blocks away at the Lincoln Building, 27-45 Great Victorian St. I hope this is of assistance to you!

    Cannot see problem with that request. Unless the hotel is fully booked for those days. The staff will do their upmost to accommodate you. All you need to do is ask. They never let us down yet.
