My boyfriend and I decided to book afternoon tea here for Valentine's Day as something a little bit different, and we literally had the nicest day ever! In the morning before we left the house, we received a phone call from our server, Ivonna (I think?) who asked if we had any dietary requirements. Upon arrival in the Cables Bar,...

Stayed 11 nights at this hotel recently while in Belfast on business. The staff was very nice, provided maps of the city, and suggested places to eat within walking distance. The room was very spacious, I had a nice view of the water, and even though the train station was located just across the street, when the window was closed,...

We have previously stayed here at this well located (across from train station) hotel and have been pleased with both the accommodations and the service; this time the restaurant at the hotel was the unexpected delight: two superb four star dinners for two on two consecutive nights. Hats off to the charming food service staff and their amazing chefs: Vinay...

I have stayed in Belfast twice recently using two different hotels. The Hilton is very nice, the rooms are lovely and the staff are very friendly. The location is great! I do recommend this hotel for a weekend break or a business trip.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't have done more. A particular thanks to Maria, who made sure everything was first class for a lovely weekend, would definitely recommend a stay at The Hilton.

The experience was about what you'd expect for the price range. What I liked best was the Wi-Fi, which was clearly above average in terms of reliability and speed. The breakfast was good as well. (Didn't try lunch or dinner). The room was good too; spacious, clean and odor free.

Hotel was on average nice, great location, nice rooms and great breakfast. But it drove us crazy to have to report on six different occasions that our room door wouldn't open correctly. Time consuming and annoying to have to keep returning to Reception from 12th floor in order to ask for help. They accepted the door had a problem and...

We stayed for a couple of nights recently and were impressed with the hotel. It is located near to the river and only a very short walk to the city centre shops and restaurants. Our executive room was very comfy and contained all the usual amenities. Breakfast was the usual buffet with a good choice. The best feature about the...

My husband and I had a delicious meal here from starter to desert. Portions were perfect in size and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the waterfront. The whole ambience was perfect. Overall an excellent evening and we will be returning. Highly recommend.

Stayed for four nights at the Hilton Riverside on business. Good sized room and very good house keeping everyday. Coffee and tea making facilities in room as well as mini bar. A comfy bed, nice and firm and plenty of pillows. A good size tv in room with a god range of freeview channels and an alarm clock/radio at bedside....
