We got a good rate on the room and we're happy with what we paid for. Free parking nearby, comfortable beds, free wifi, clean room and bathroom. The breakfast included hot food which filled us up for our long drive that day! Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights in a short visit in Belfast. It is centrally located with good value for money. It's quite cheap for Belfast. The rooms are small and clean. The bathroom though is small just like a bathroom in a cruise ship. Verdict: adequate.

I was mortified when we got to the hotel the outside was shocking. Drunk people fighting right outside of the window at 3 am. Very very basic room. It felt like a students accomodation. Lobby wasnt any better. Bar area as soulless as a bus station. They charge 7.5 pounds per person for breakfast which is a joke.... Continental cheap...

Stayed here for a weekend and it was spot on.At first glance the area appears to be a bit run down but I'd say it had character.I was speaking to a local who told me it got a lot of attention during the troubles and there used to be an army check point literally outside the hotel so that explains...
