Stayed overnight Saturday past. Room was clean and tidy. Noticed a few cracks on the wall but thought nothing of them. Had a shower before we went out and the room flooded. The bathroom is a 'wet room' but it was faulty and the water ran out into the main room. Cleaned it up ourselves and headed on out. About...

Visited last February and when planning a trip for this year didn't look anywhere else! Hotel clean, well situated with everything you need in your room. Staff are lovely and can't do enough for you - cannot recommend highly enough.

Best thing about this hotel is probably central location. Hotel itself is average or slightly above, with adequate breakfast. Staff not overly friendly. Rooms were fine. Hotel had my address in West of Ireland written down as United Kingdom - I quietly corrected it and wrote in the correction in two places on the form when checking in. Receptionist made...

With all history of Belfast in back of one's mind, it is still an exciting and vibrant city, especially on St Patrick's weekend. A safe overnight with lots of noisy [and inebriated] revellers, is essential and the centrally located Encore Ramada and Wyndham Encore is well-placed for enjoying all the sites, pubs, historical locations - Stormont Parliament and City Hall,...

I was in town for one night and this was the perfect place to rest my head. The hotel is fairly basic but it's clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. My only issue was breakfast was very busy and they didn't actually have enough tables to accommodate everyone but it's a minor issue during what was...

Good things about Hotel, staff on reception, breakfast once we sorted out where things were, due to total self service, from finding own seating, drinks from machines, bacon was especially good. Bad things, laminate floor in bedroom, no carpet, but a dressing table chair on casters? so could not use. Noise from bathroom area, was told it was the pipes...
