Spent a lovely couple of hours having afternoon tea at the Park Plaza. I'm not usually one for this sort of thing, having anxiety attacks about weather finger sandwiches and a couple of cakes would fill me up. However, I was proved wrong. Having made the wise choice of choosing the 'Gentleman's Tea' option for myself, I was suitably impressed...

We have been staying at the PP for a number of years and always had an excellent experience. On this occasion, the room we were in (408 as I recall) was just starting to feel a little tired and worn. For instance, the window was difficult to shut property and the seal seemed a little loose letting in some excess...

This place is amazing. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The lobby is comfy with a lovely fire place. Peaceful and chilled. Has a bar to the back which is a bit dark but is a good thing. Gives it something. Smoking area for the smokers and seems to be smack bang in the middle of somewhere central as was heaving...

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel very helpful staff shame we didn't stay long enough to use the spa etc. Late check out was good. Very central for city centre the bar area was very welcoming and although we didn't eat in the hotel saw some meals being served and they looked good

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at the Park Plaza hotel, we truly value all our guest feedback. I am saddened to hear that you didn’t have a pleasant stay with us. Firstly, I can only apologise for the noise disturbance. Our windows are triple glazed and additional sound proofing should mitigate the noise from...

Hotel is ideal as a central location for Cardiff. We were in the front of hotel. If you don't like noise, request a quiet room. This was unfortunate for us but did not spoil our visit. Great bar. Did not eat an evening meal so cannot comment. Breakfast plentiful and not a food fight. Spa facilities but did not try....

Wonderful rooms. Wonderful service. Warm and friendly staff who were most helpful. Location is close to most everything in the way of shopping, entertainment (bars and restaurants), transport and of course Cardiff Arms Park (Principality Stadium) if you are in Cardiff for the Rugby

I stayed one night in park plaza. I booked an executive room, but fortunately they have upgraded my room to Junior suite. The room was big with large flat TV. The bathroom was also huge with separate bath and shower. You could sleep the whole family on the bed. The location in City centre next to Hilton hotel and the...
