Easy to find when driving on SatNav, tho the post code was slightly off, lead us to other end of road, but no major issue Only neg was had to pay for decent wifi internet. my opinion...

Stayed here before & this time could actually get in to the restaurant. As last time the bedroom was fine, although a tad warm. The restaurant was OK although somewhat souless, but....when waiting to be seated the two females seem to be more interested in their own world than the customer experience. Service was slow & only improved when the...

The service was good but this hotel is just far too old and tired. It shouldn't be part of the portfolio. Common areas are dirty and worn, all of the views outside are of overgrown vegetation or shabby concrete. The room was depressing, with similar symptoms. Our room was also noisy, facing the main dual carriageway that the hotel is...

Travelled all the way from Newcastle to stay the weekend for a martial arts tournament. The service of the hotel and hygiene of my room was awful, cobwebs partially around my room! The hotel was under staffed for two nights straight, very slow service, hardly anyone around!! I do apologise to say this but this hotel needs recruitment, because it's...
