Great location whether you are there for shopping or for the bars and restaurants which are all just outside the door. Nice room, comfortable bed, nice staff and reasonably priced. Stayed there a few times now for Christmas festivities/shopping and can't fault it.

We had a wonderful two night stay in this, friendly efficient hotel. Great central location and warm, obliging staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel based on the experience we had. Buffet breakfast was great. "Bee Friendly" toiletries in our room were a lovely touch.

The best hotel for its price I've been to in a while. The beds were fantastic, staff were super friendly and helpful. I had only stayed for one night, however would definitely stay longer if it was possible.

This is a grand dame of a hotel that has moved with the times. Opened in ver early Victorian times, you can feel the high fashion of those times yet still enjoy a modern service level. The lawns behind the hotel lead to the Promenade and you can easily imagine how glorious times would have been when the hotel's patrons...

We booked 2 rooms for a couple of nights. The place was lovely, the rooms clean and had all that you needed. It was modern and a great location to the city centre for shopping and night out. It had a restaurant and bar that looked great but we never used it.

Location couldn't be better, 5 minutes to multi storey car park, shopping centre or stadiums, hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were helpful above and beyond their duty, made sure our shopping didn't get ruined in horrendous weather!! Breakfast everything you could eat, would stay back here tomorrow if they would have me!!! Absolutely brilliant! !!😊

I booked the cinema room for my husband's birthday - he was awestruck with it!!! 75" TV/Movie screen with Netflix, playstation four, surround sound with games and movies. Room was decked in movie memorabilia and pictures. We had a large comfortable double bed with padded headboard. Two low chairs and small table by the screen. Another chair with work top...
