The welcome from the staff at this City Centre Hotel was excellent and our overnight stay was great. Nice large clean room on the ninth floor. We had everything we need and the breakfast in the morning was very fresh and varied.

Had a wonderful, relaxing break here. Appart from the great location, the hotel itself is a well designed space that's easy to use. My daughter uses a wheelchair and the wet room en-suite is the best we've ever had in any hotel. Lovely staff and wonderful food. Thank you

We were staying in Cardiff on business, the restaurant we planned to eat at was literally across the road from the premier in and so as we knew we would be tight on time booked. On the website it's explained that there was an NCP car park that was used for the hotel, although I have to say I didn't...

I have stayed at this hotel a few times for business and I would highly recommend it. The hotel is well kept, modern and staff friendly. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk into the main shopping area. I haven't eaten in the hotel other than breakfast, though I did enjoy the BOGOF on drinks during happy hour (5-7pm)!...

All you could wish for in a city centre hotel on a short break. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained. All areas are spotlessly clean and there is a nice bar area. The self serve English breakfast is of excellent quality and all you can eat.

My husband and I stayed here recently for a couple of days. It's a very good Premier Inn and the service was excellent. It's in a very central location, and although parking is difficult, there is a NCP car park just across the road (giving a discount to hotel guests).

First class Premier Inn, probably the best one that i've stayed in as yet. Food was very nice along with a great service which all went to make our stay a very welcoming one. Paring was not the best as we had to park across the road but really wasn't a problem.
