We did the llamberis path up which is about 5 mins from the guest house. We came back via the miners path then caught the bus which runs every half hour back into llamberis. It was nice going back via miners as the scenery is totally different. plenty of taxies were available if you didn't want to wait for bus.lovely cafe and toilets at the end of the walk. Hope this helps.
