This tired and dated B&B needs some serious renovating. The whole place smells of damp and fried breakfast. The owners are very pleasant and helpful which made our visit tolerable. The rooms are very dated and the mattresses need changing badly. And don't get me started on the woodchip paper....do they even sell that now??? The breakfast was ok but...

Four mates and I recently stayed here for the weekend as part of our trip to (successfully) climb Snowdon in our middle age. The owners, Jacquie & David, made us all welcome. They have excellent knowledge of the area and the mountains, and serve an excellent breakfast. David maintains great local ales, and overall this is a great base to...

TA Mount Pleasant Stayed here for two nights during a busy weekend in Llanberis. This venue had vacancies when elsewhere didn't.  I didn't TA this venue before arriving and now see it hasn't had a review since 09/15. Good points- Owners are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast. It's in a good location on the High Street. It's looks good from...

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Very laid back relaxed B&B where you can take your dog so that's a plus. Not all rooms are ensuite so check when booking. If you want matching furniture etc then book somewhere else. This is quite tired and needs refurbishing but if you want a comfy bed with hot showers then this...

I have to start by saying how accommodating the owners were to dietary requirements, gluten free and vegetarian were welcomed. However, the accommodation was in a different league. After a climb up Snowdon the one thing I needed was a good bed/mattress, but I would have been comfier on the floor, every spring was felt! A twin room (shared with...

My family and I have stayed here for many years. It is perfectly situated for walking, steam railways etc etc. David and Jaquie (owners) are very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounds. Nice little bar to natter and plan what to do. Breakfasts are great and they also offer evening meals, always good. If you are planning a trip to...

I stayed in the hotel in June 2015 and I definitely would recommended it. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, they gave us really good advice on the area. The hotel is impeccably clean, breakfast is very good and the hotel is a perfect location in the centre of the village and for walks up Snowdon.

After a disastrous start to our stay in Llanberis (thanks to The Heights bunkhouse) the owners at this b and b could not be more welcoming. We noticed the vacancy sign and popped in to ask for a twin room. One was available! After getting ready we nipped over the road to the bus stop. On our return from climbing...
