Booked this guest house many months ago for a training exercise in Nov 2017. The online booking process was efficient and backed up with telephone confirmation. This guest house is very well managed, friendly and is simply ideal as a base for exploring the local area.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Search and Rescue training weekend. Amazingly friendly welcome on arrival. Off street parking was ideal. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds very comfortable. Location is excellent very close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Quiet rooms. Breakfast was excellent and extremely efficient. Nice friendly welcome from Ben & Sarah on arrival. They gave advice & recommendations on where to eat in town.Location was perfect at one end of all the pubs, shops and restaurants in Betws Y Coed so lots of great food and drink options were within a 10 minute walk.As mentioned the driveway ends on a corner of the road but using...

We arrived around 7.30 on a wet Sunday evening, en-route to Velocity in Bethesda but Ben's wonderful welcome cheered us immediately. Our double en-suite room at the front of the building was tastefully furnished and contained a mine of information. Ben advised us of local places to eat, had a smashing meal, a little wander round and then back to...

Nice hotel in a good area of Betws-Y-Coed. Not much in the way of a personal touch and not much info on surrounding pubs when asked. The B&B itself is a lovely building and maybe our room was the exception but we noticed some mould in the bathroom (which is a bit small and uncomfortable) and damp, the paper was...

Many thanks for your review: we take all of our feedback very seriously so were very upset to read there were issues with your stay. We really feel that these could have all been addressed during your time with us, so we were disappointed that you did not let us know so we could fix them while you were with...

Located on main road through Betws-Y-Coed close to centre (no noise and I had the window open). The house is typical for the area being constructed of Welsh stone, and I would guess built in the Victorian era. It has parking for 6 cars, the drive way is on a hill and exits on a corner (there is a mirror...

Stayed for 2 nights B&B on a walking weekend. Sarah and Ben were really friendly and helpful suggesting walks, places to eat etc. Also lent me a phone charger as I'd forgotten mine which was a nice touch. Nice good size clean room and views and good location. Although I've given 5 stars the one slight negative was a very...

Ben was the perfect host: warm, hospitable and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The Bryn LLewelyn has loads of character and was very comfortable. We slept very soundly each night. Our made to order breakfast was beautifully cooked with lots to choose from. The village was very conveniently located near to many walking tracks and the Mt Snowdon...

We booked here to stay one night after a day climbing the Crib Goch route to Snowdon. We arrived at around 7pm and I have to say the welcome was very friendly and was just want you want after a day on the mountain. We had 2 twin rooms, both of which were on the top floor in the loft...

Great location on main street, clean comfortable rooms with comfy beds. Parking at rear and a first class breakfast. The owners were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All in all a great stay.
