We go here for food regularly with friends after walking in the area and have never had a bad meal. I like that you can just turn up in your walking gear and not feel out of place. Dogs are also catered for with plenty of outside eating areas. They even have blankets to wrap around you on the more...

We tried the lodge this time, as regular annual visitors. The rooms are very good indeed, recently refurbished by the looks. Nothing more than you would really need - comfy bed, plenty of space, powerful shower, deep bath, spotlessly clean too. Breakfast is extra but we opted out.......saving weight!!

We were pleasantly surprised to find the budget accommodation we had booked was 4 star standard for cleanliness, facilities & friendliness of staff. Central location, well placed for attractions or walks.

Betws-Y-Coed very central place to stay in Snowdonia. The rooms were excellent. Very clean and warm. Lovely bed. We ate in both the restaurant at the Royal Oak and at the Stables Pub and the food was v good. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Will be back again next year.

The accomodation is excellent, the decor and cleanliness first rate. There are a few issues . The bedroom walls and doors did not stop other guests voices being heard . In that normal chatter could be heard within our bedroom. The beds are very firm and tv channels having a limited choice. The parking is convenient and WiFi free and...

We ate here a couple of evening whilst staying in Trefriew for a four night stay. Have to say. I thought the food was a high standard and was well cooked. Only issue was the pesky wasps but that was out of anyone's control. I would eat here again no problem !
