Stayed in one of the lodges, was well equipped and spacious as well as being clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and attentive, we had drinks and food in the bar area, both were lovely and not overpriced. This hotel could be a 4*, the pool area was lovely, clean and warm. Ideal location. We will return 😀

Betws-y-coed is one of our favourite places to stay, it is absolutely beautiful. Had a great stay at Waterloo Lodge Hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the lodges are spacious and the food excellent, particularly the Breakfasts. It is a great 'base camp' for walkers and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for two nights in a Luxury Lodge. The hotel, and our lodge were very clean and tidy. We had everything we required in the lodge. The location of the Hotel in Betws-y-Coed is very good. The food was also very good with ample portions, especially at breakfast which was self service, all cooked to perfection. Well recommended.

We usually stay twice a year - consistently good - great rooms - very good breakfast - small but really enjoyable leisure centre. Staff are always very friendly - pets welcome. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The facilities were lovely, and I would definitely recommend eating in the restaurant. Food was wonderful. We stayed in a Lodge and there was plenty of room with an outside bit we could sit out in.

From checking in to checking out the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was simply decorated, clean and comfortable which is exactly what we wanted. We ate in the bar on two evenings, the food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very varied and the menu items were a welcome addition at no extra cost.

We stayed Easter weekend 3 nights at the hotel. We had a lodge room because we had the dogs. The room was very comfortable and large, and handy for late night walkies. The leisure centre was excellent. The breakfast and evening menu gave plenty of choice and a high standard. The hotel staff were the most attentive that we have...

Stayed in one of the lodges, it was clean and exactly what we needed. Bar/reception staff were friendly and helpful. Spa facilities an added bonus and also clean and well kept. The hotel is in a beautiful setting. We stayed here as close to zipworld slate caverns which we had booked in to. Well worth a visit.
