Stayed here in July 2016 for 2 nights for a Snowden walk. Would recommend staying here. The hosts Emma and Huw was perfect- friendly, informative, welcoming- couldn't have done anything better. Room was cosy and clean. Breakfast really lovely- cereal, yogurt, toast and cooked breakfasts made to order. Quite a small b&b which we prefer so there's a smaller dining...

Absolutely fantastic B&B. Emma and Huw were so helpful and friendly when it came to planning walks and looking for restaurants. Lovely breakfast, brilliant location and extremely welcoming and helpful hosts - definately recommend to a friend.

Hugh and Emma were the kindest, most helpful, and welcoming hosts! The breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable, with a good price well worth the stay. It is centrally located in the village near all the restaurants and bus/train station. No complaints, a lovely stay!

Emma and Hugh were the perfect hosts. Very informative and helpful. Great breakfast and beautiful nights sleep. Right in t he heart of the village. Beautiful scenery. lovely walk around the golf courseand exploring the old church.

The Grove House has perfect location, close to all the main areas of Betws -y- Code. Nice room, good breakfast and we felt very welcome. Emma and Huw was very helpful and happy to share their local knowledge. A perfect place to stay in Betws - y - Code!

Felt at home the moment we arrived. Hosts Emma and Huw were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast in a room with a great ambience. Rooms are cosy, with slightly smaller than average en-suites, but represent excellent value for money given the location. No hesitation in recommending this b&b. I doubt there is better value in...

Location was perfect as it was close to all the main areas of Betws-y-coed and all within walking distance. Our room was clean tidy and perfect for a short stay. Hew and Emma made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely and superbly presented. I would have no hesitation in recommending this B&B to anyone wanting to stay at this...

Had a lovely stay at Grove house. Great location for betws y coed which is a beautiful village with lots of nice places to eat. The breakfast in the B&B was very good. The room was very comfortable and clean. Very nicely decorated. Most of all the hosts were fantastic! We will definitely stay here if we're back in north...
