Just wanted to say this has been an interesting customer service experience, starting with the warm inviting email advising of check in times (We advised that we would be arriving after 10pm, the email that came back was "Check in is 4pm until 8pm only. Thank you."), to the inflexibility on the cancellation term when we were advised to find...

A pleasant, quiet long weekend spent here. Had the upstairs front bedroom with no detectable road noise. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Very clean. Hearty breakfast...what's not to love. No common sitting area was the only drawback.

Stayed for one night after climbing snowdon, found the hotel and room to be very clean, also room had a homely feel, very comfortable with clean and functional bathroom. Lots of various teas and coffee in room along with biscuits, also had great views over the river and countryside. Staff were great, very friendly and informative, and would highly recommend...

We stayed here for one night at the end of a 4 day trip around Wales. I am very surprised by some of the previous reviews as we could not fault this B & B. The location is good, the owners were very friendly, the room was tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was charged separately but there...

We visited Snowdonia during the Easter holiday . The trip was a indeed spoiled due to the bad weather but the rooms as well did no good . Our room was very small and the moment you raise your arm from the bed it would touch the bent celling and I have never seen such a small bathroom . The...

We booked this guesthouse for a weekend break a few weeks ago. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The largest and comfiest bed I had ever stayed in, really luxurious bed linen ensured a great nights sleep. Other touches like chocolate chip cookies and fresh milk were really apprecited. I actually preferred the option of an additional charge for...

Great location, quirky B&B. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for years. Reading the privivious reviews I was a little worried but the owners could not be more helpful. Really great breakfast choice the full English (or should that be full Welsh) sets you up for the day but there was also a lot more choice...

I Have stayed in a number of B&B's in Betws y Coed over the years, and never have I had such an unaccommodating experience from someone working in the "hospitality" industry. I never got as far as staying here as we could not guarantee arrival within the 4-8pm window for check in times, having to travel down from North Lancashire...
