Why do you think it acceptable to - not only to have someone wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for a meal - without any explanation or apology -.until they ask -.but then to get the meal wrong and make them wait a further 10 minutes for a salad -. Which never even arrived. My partner ate - I didn't.
It doesn't really spell customer care/ value for money .. I could go on but won't.
I DONT UNDERSTAND?! Is this Candid Camera. Faulty Towers. Did I miss the joke?

My wife and I had no such trouble when we stayed at the Cymyran. Did you speak to the manager? What did she say? I think you need to contact the hotel to resolve this issue satisfactorily, especially as you are a local to them.
