When our 12 day Swiss tour was cancelled unexpectedly I decided with only 20 days left before our autumn hols to book 10 days in Wales with 5 of them at The Cambrian Guest House which is a Grade II listed historic building meaning whatever you think you could do with it , you probably can’t. There is ample parking... More

Stayed here for one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Roger and Joan were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good and had choice of cooked breakfast, cereals and fruit. Location was great, just round the corner from the main street. Good value for money. Would stay again.

Joan and Roger where the perfect hosts. Catered for our every need. Nothing was a problem to them- then delivered us perfect breakfasts on both mornings. Strongly recommended. Situated close enough to the centre of llangollen with customer parking and easy access to roads to visit local areas of beauty.

We arrived early, and although we couldn't have our room immediately, we could park in the B&B car park..it's very centrally placed for the town, river and canal. The owners Roger and Joan were very friendly and helpful. Our room was at the front and had a four poster with loads of drawer space. Coffee / tea etc were plentiful... More

First, let me say that the Cambrian won't win "four in a bed'! Having said that, if you want a clean comfortable stay, with excellent food, at the right price.... This is ideal. Roger, the owner made me most welcome. I can't comment on the bar, as I didn't use it.

Stayed for two nights as a short break. Owner was very welcoming and offered to help with luggage, a rare thing these days! Room was large but very shabby. Beds where comfortable and clean which is the main thing for us. Breakfast was great! Don't book if you are expecting a luxury experience - do book if you want value... More
