6 of us ate here on Saturday night, we chose to eat in the bar rather than the restaurant as its really cosy. all ordered different food, I had the Conwy muscles and they were the best I've ever had, various dishes ordered from steak, to burger to lasagne, all food excellent and fresh cooked exactly how it was requested....

Thank you very much for your kind review - we appreciate it. Conwy mussels are the best anywhere in my opinion - only available during the winter months - so not long left to get them! The service charge is 10% of the food bill - but it is not mandatory - and can be removed. All the team throughout...

Went for lunch on a rainy Saturday in January. The bar area is very cosy and warm. The service was good and there was a varied albeit expensive range on the lunchtime menu. The food was fine not amazing. To be honest I prefer the Book shop cafe food, a couple of doors down from the Castle. However,a pleasant lunch.

Many thanks for writing. Our menu is pretty extensive and quite eclectic, which we hope befits and 4 Star Town House hotel. Our son Gareth and his partner Lisa run the coffee and book shop - so they were delighted to read your review!

We loved this hotel, and Conway. The staff was wonderful, and the hotel made you feel very much at home. It has so much character, and the restaurant was great (make sure to make reservations in advance for dinner). The location of the hotel is fantastic, and was a great jumping off point for roaming around Conway. We were driving,...

Another great find for our ladies that lunch out. Tastefully decorated and in keeping with the castle. Great menu and lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Pulled pork wrap was yummy and the Castle sandwich (chicken, Parma ham, mozzarella) very filling. Restaurant menu looked great with local produce and fab choices. We will be back to try out and thank you for...

We visited as a party of six one chilly lunchtime soon after Christmas. The bar at lunchtime was remarkably busy, always a good sign. Service was a little slow as a consequence but the quality of the food compensated. Most had snacks rather than meals, but even these were adequate and even substantial. The saltambocca sandwich was certainly man-sized. Other...

Parking is available outside the hotel, unrestricted after 7pm. As soon as we walked into the hotel we were greeted by a pleasant young man who directed us to the bar. First impressions were warmth, friendliness and comfort. Modern, but cosy and comfortable. Staff were unreservedly friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was expertly cooked to...

Stayed at this lovely hotel a few times and it has always been a lovely experience. It is also in a great location. What has happened to the web site? Not sure that this can be the finished article, hopefully it will be improved.

This was our second visit for lunch on a chilly, winter's day and found the atmosphere and the staff very welcoming and cheerful. Always nice. My husband very much enjoyed the scallops that he'd had last time. The risotto was very good but thought it to be rather large for a starter. I was impressed by the good choice of...
