Just come back from Conwy and an overnight stay at the Swan Cottage. Pat is a very softly spoken lady with a nice B&B, the bedroom is delightful decorated in style with the house itself. The full english breakfast was cooked with high quality products and tasted good, thank you very much for letting us stay in your home, it...

We stayed a couple of days in Conwy and had the attic room with a great view and price. The breakfast was served as soon as we went to the dining room and it was very good. Very nice stay and would recommend this b&b.

Swan Cottage is ideally situated for visiting Conwy, right next to the city wall, one block from the Quay, and 2 blocks from the castle. Patricia greeted us warmly on arrival, and provided useful comments on where to eat and visit, and makes a smashing breakfast of fried egg, bangers, ham, beans, coked tomatoe and sautéed mushrooms with fresh squeezed...

Having stayed here with my family over the Easter break, I can recommend staying here. Old fashioned charm in abundance, we occupied the loft room which had a comfy double and a single bed for our child. We had a toilet and basin in separate next door room but on the same floor (only one room in loft). The shower...

Pat, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. Our room (room 1) has great views over the Quay. The room is compact, but very clean, warm and cosy. The bed is comfortable and we slept very well indeed. The en-suite shower room is also compact, but has a lovely, powerful shower. We were served delicious breakfasts in a clean, bright...

We recently booked here after most of conwy being booked already. We booked 4 weeks in advance and we agreed with the owner what room we were to have which was an on suite with gorgeous views. We were greeted upon the door opening with a strong smell of dog and loud barking. As we entered and started up the...

Patricia was very welcoming. Nice tidy room opposite the harbour. Very handy for the castle. Not far from the city walls. Good free wifi connection. The shower was a decent size. Reasonable cooked breakfast. Quite happy with my stay.

We booked all three rooms and loved them. The word to use is... quaint. Yes, that means the rooms are small and the floor boards creak, but that so doesn't matter when you factor in the wonderful owners, terrific location, delicious breakfast, coziness, and fabulous views. Huge bang for your buck! One negative, the front room could get a bit...

We stayed at Swan Cottage for one evening as we wanted to break up our journey to Dublin and we weren't disappointed. We had a nice clean room with a lovely view over the Quay, the room was small but clean, breakfast was ready for us at our requested time and very nice. Parking can be an issue but we...

Small but welcoming B&B in Conwy town centre with a delicious breakfast in the morning. Plus points: - Clean and comfortable - Nice shower - Beautiful estuary view (we were in Room 1) - Friendly owners - Tasty breakfast - Central location Negatives: - Room felt somewhat cramped, and the bathroom was tiny - No parking (had to use general...
