A warm welcome awaits you from Carol to her lovely farmhouse B & B. We had a comfortable ensuite bedroom, overlooking the beautiful countryside. An excellent base to explore this picturesque area, just a short drive from Abergavenny. Great breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended.

This wonderful B&B is situated in a lovely peaceful spot just outside of Abergavenny. Carol made us feel very welcome and provided a number of ideas for our evening meal all within a short driving distance. We took advantage of a break in the weather to take a quiet stroll through the paddocks and along the river that bounds the...

The Hardwick Farm B&B was perfectly situated outside Abergavenny. Our room was huge, spotless, and well equipped with all you might need. The breakfasts were fantastic local produce, cooked with care. Carol the owner was lovely with lots of helpful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I suspect we'll be back!

Carol provides a wonderful place to stay from which to see Southern Wales. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a heated towel rack! Breakfasts are cooked fresh and generous; she even provides fresh berries in the fruit salad. Much appreciated. Bed in our room was a large double or small queen, but comfortable. Note that not...

We only stayed for one night in The Sugar Loaf Room. It was a very comfortable room and exceptionally clean. The view was of the cows and the friendly farm dogs, sorting everything out ( they must run miles every day) was very interesting. By the way, it's not in the least noisy - just the odd comforting quiet moo!...

Very friendly landlady - Carol - large beds, spotless bathrooms with very effective shower, warm rooms, excellent breakfast with an easy pre-ordering system of Carol's devising. Free wifi. Very friendly dogs. Handy for the charming town of Abergavenny and for the beautiful countryside. It's a working farm and Carol was very accommodating in showing us around the automated milking parlour....

We stayed at the farm in March 2015 for a short break. The room was spacious and cosy, and the 'farm' breakfast was a great way to start the day. The landlady was friendly and very helpful with recommending nearby places to visit. All in all a great place to stay just outside the centre of Abergavenny (3 minute drive)....

Hardwick Farm B&B defies what I see to be a hit and miss customer service culture in the UK. Having just left Abergavenny, I still can't quite believe what we paid for the most relaxing and warming experiences I've had. My friends make fun of me for being a fussy customer. In restaurants I can't help but ask for something...

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious and well-proportioned. Comfortable beds and two cozy chairs in front of the windows helped us settle in -- so much so we extended our two night stay to three. It is easy to see why Carol, the proprietor, has won an award for friendliest B&B owner. Do...

Stayed here one night on Saturday 28th Feb and can't fault it in any way.
