Have stayed here twice now, which is usually a good judge before writing a review, you can see whether the hotel is consistent then. It is a nice hotel, with parking, although on my second visit I was really disappointed that when I arrived tired I was unable to park as the car park was full! Fortunately, there is a...

We hadnt stayed overnight but we popped into the hotel on the off chance as it was raining and ordered breakfast at the bar. There was a very chilled relaxed atmosphere and the food was very tasty. We will be returning asap and going back for the famous afternoon tea. A nice treat as it seems a bit pricey

Stayed at this hotel as a birthday surprise. It's a really stylish hotel with the most friendly staff I have ever come across and I've stayed in lots of hotels over the years. The decor is subtle and I believe they have used Farrow and Ball paints , I was so impressed with the colours I asked the receptionist on...

The staff were among the most polite and helpful I have come across. The restaurant food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Stayed here on business and would certainly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area

My husband and I took a trip and stayed at this hotel. Best hotel of the whole trip. Their accommodations are lovely, very comfortable beds. We had breakfast there in the morning as well. My husband had the English breakfast and I had the French toast and both were awesome. We also had lunch at their restaurant and that meal...

I don't understand why this is a three star hotel, it's much better than that, with excellent service. Standard double room was small but perfectly clean and equipped with free bottled water and good toiletries and tea and coffee. Bar is busy with a great atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent with vegetarian and vegan options. Overall a great experience will return.

This hotel oozes quality, service and enjoyment. It's very popular and has a real buzz, the food is superb, the service is fabulous, it has lovely rooms, but most of all, every detail has been thought about and perfected. The standout aspect is the staff, who are friendly, helpful and attentive. We were welcomed with a lovely (genuine) smile, and...

3pm check in is ludicrous nearly every hotel I ever been is 2pm also checkout at this hotel is 11am where as most hotels are 12. Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback.
