Stayed here for one night. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and check-in was straight forward. It is in a quiet location so we has a good sleep although it is very convenient for access to the Town Centre. Breakfast was good and overall it was excellent value for money.

My friend and I stayed here whilst attending a wedding nearby. We were running late for the ceremony so went straight to the wedding venue. Following the ceremony, we called the hotel and explained our situation and asked if we could check-in later on that night so we wouldn't miss the wedding breakfast, only to be told that if we...

Typical modern chain hotel. Clean and new, pretty big rooms, with chain pub next door. Pleasant enough for an overnight stay, although nothing special. Quite close to train station and the university. Rooms at the end of corridors are quieter.

Still a good room with good WiFi. Don't though ask for early check in or miss the 22:30 deadline or you'll be outside. Food cost is reasonable but not great quality. Take a brolley for the walk between hotel and bar.

Rock hard bed made even more uncomfortable by the non-existent pillow. Extra pillows for our second and third nights helped a bit but still only a couple of hours sleep each night. Food was all reheated and hardly worth bothering with. Breakfast on the second morning was disgusting and left on the plate. Coffee so weak you could see through...

I must tell you our room was spotless. the bed very comfortable with snow white sheets. Free parking and WiFi. The breakfast had lots of choices with cooked English or a more continental choice...or both! We ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay and with the 20% discount for guests it was also good value. My rump steak...

Stayed here now a few times and something desperately needs to be done about the Breakfast it's awful. The waitress we had on Saturday was so rude and moaned about being busy and it wasn't, tossing her eyes round her head when being asked for various things. The breakfast came and was terrible, bacon was hard, eggs were swimming in...
