We have stayed here many times, & we have one more stay booked in December. However, with the new beds in the disabled accessible rooms being so heavy to lift to get 6 inch elephants feet on, its really hard work. The bed is so low. The refurb' has not included a wet room, still has an unusable bath for...

We stayed here for 1 night while attending a wedding and what a surprise. The room was lovely and modern, proper hairdryer, lovely bathroom and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in at any hotel. The staff were brilliant. We had breakfast at Beefeater which was basic but still a lot of food and all the serving...

Stayed for two weeks and was well impressed nice clean hotel and pleasant staff would quite happily return the rooms are spacious and very modern I would avoid the beefeater though!bad experience at breakfast where the chef could not be bothered to drag himself out of bed to cook breakfast despite living above the restaurant!

All the staff are very friendly here and work so hard to keep on top of everything from breakfasts, lunches and the hotel. We were very impressed with an evening meal we had and the care taken by Richard Oliver to ensure we felt settled and didn't miss any offers. He had a very caring, polite manner and was also...

We stayed here for one night with our daughter who is 3. We were welcomed and quickly checked in. We had a ground floor room which was very clean which must have been recently refurbished as it was modern and you could smell that new smell. Had everything we needed, extra pillows. The sofa bed had been made up for...

Stopped here on route to Cornwall. Easy access from the M5. Quick in was efficient although only one receptionist and a queue of 4 families so once served was efficient. Room well sized for a family. Bed was a bit soft and my wife and I kept rolling together. Room was quiet. Good stay overall.

Stayed one night on business and having been in a few hotels recently where it seemed impossible to get the room warm, I was delighted to have heating which worked! The room was spacious, comfortable and good value. The bathroom was also a good size, with a bath and powerful shower over it... although I would advise taking your own...

A one night stay in a good bed is always well received and this motel does not disappoint. A fiddle to find with an out of date GPS but that is not their fault. Good hot showers and fresh clean sheets. Good wifi and large screen tv. Elevator to second floor is welcome.

Booked this after a stay at a Premier Inn in Preston where I was impressed with everything. How can two chain hotels be so different? The room is extremely hot thermostat showing 25 with the window open there is no cooling system. The bed is certainly not the advertised Premier Inn bed I actually looked to purchase one after stay...

The Premier Inn was simple, clean, friendly and everything you could wish for an overnight stay. We will definitely stay at Premier Inn, Worcester again if the opportunity arrises. We have been selecting the Premier Inn Carlisle for similar reasons.
