Stayed for one night with my partner, room quite small and a very small en suite, but adequate for our needs, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. The whole hotel was quite dated and would benefit from a 'makeover', however overall a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful place to stay, owners very friendly & a warm welcome. The room was good, well appointed, with everything we could need, and got a great night's sleep every night. An ideal location to visit Great Malvern and Worcester. The breakfast was fantastic to say the least! The communal lounge was really nice and comfortable, lovely furniture. Excellently clean and...

This hotel seemed a bit strange at first. A bit like walking into another era. Aside from the decor, random staircases seemed to lead to nowhere, and doors had been plastered over to become walls. When we arrived, we saw nor heard any other guests. We returned at 10pm and again saw nor heard anybody. Just one elderly lady in...

Lovely clean friendly and quiet. Pam welcomed us on the first day after showing us our room and telling us what was going on in the area and places to go friendly chat about how breakfast happens the next day. Helped plan our journey for the evening entertainment we were attending. A quiet comfortable night led to a full hearty...

We had an overnight stay at this beautiful hotel , whilst visiting the Great Malvern Show, and found the hotel a really welcoming place. The owners are lovely people who keep an immaculate home, with comfortable beds and gorgeous bedrooms. The breakfast are something to die for and nothing is too much trouble. Great place to stay.

My husband and I spent two very comfortable nights at the Pembridge, as a stopover between the Peak district and Exeter, and were very pleased with our stay. Our room, in spite of being on the ground floor next to the entrance, was fine - the small amount of traffic noise was hardly noticeable, and stopped by the night-time, so...

Lovely spacious room and super-clean bathroom. Parking is possible on street or in private car park to the rear of the building. It's walking distance to pubs, restaurants etc -- about 10 minutes -- so ideally located for both peace and quiet as well as accessibility to amenities
