We had a nice day and decided to go to British Camp (WR13 6DW) to climb the Malvern Hills. There is a large parking at British Camp. The climb is steep but it is worthwhile because you will have spectacular views of Worcestershire and Herefordshire. After the walk,we decided to have lunch at the Marlbank Inn (WR13 6NA) at the...

I had booked the marlbank pub to have a sunday roast for family and myself and we certainly wasn't disappointed!!!! My children couldn't get enough of their mash potato that was served with their meal (which doesn't come with their meal but the staff were happy to change the roast to mash for them). The vegetables including cauliflower cheese were...

Just come back from a weekend break at this lovely pub campsite. Very dog friendly pub with lovely food. Very relaxed attitude towards arrival and departure times which makes a welcome change. We will definitely be going back, only an hour from home for us but you could be a million miles away in this lovely part of the U.K....

It was our first night and we decided to walk the mile up the unlit hill to the Marlbank inn and boy we wish we hadn't bothered !!! We stepped through the door and all 5 of the customers stared . We ordered drinks from the most unwelcoming staff member who voiced her disgust to a fellow colleague, her disgust...

I went here with my partner for a meal. It's an attractive pub and service was good. However I'm vegetarian and there was only one option - I accept that I'm not going to have a lot of choice, but it was spicy beanburger, which is what I'd expect if I went to Burger King! We had soup as a...

All we wanted was a simple (enjoyable) pub lunch and that was what we got. Many of the pubs in Warwickshire and Worcestershire that I remember from my youth no longer seem to exist. Add to that the fact that Monday in Worcestershire seems to mean that many places are closed and it was becoming a challenge on our trip...

Having just travelled for many an hour this was a pleasant stop for food and drink. They claim good pub food - and that it certainly is! A very good steak and ale pie with what was an excellent pint of Sharp's Original. Quick and pleasant service.

We have stayed at the inn for the past 2 years so were looking forward to our next stay. We prebooked and requested the same twin room several months in advance and received confirmation back. However on arrival we were shown another room, which had a double bed plus a z-bed in the corner. As we are two mature ladies...

We frequently visit the 3 counties foreground, and have finally found this 'gem' of a place for lunch on Sundays. First and foremost they accommodate all types of dog, even the large ones, like Ozzie, our labrador retriever. The staff, and I have to say the local clientele, all made us very welcome. Secondly,I can honestly say their Sunday lunches are...
