So me and a few friends booked this hotel as we went on a night out in Windsor and it's location is pretty good and price wise it was good considering how much that other hotels are charging within the local area. After we booked it and realised all the negative reviews we were a little skeptical about it .....

On the plus side the place is not to far from Winsor town centre. On the minus side it needs a complete overall. I only stayed for one night but wouldn't want to stay any longer. The bedroom was musty and I spent the minimum time I could in the bed. The furniture was old and not in a good...

This hotel in Windsor is not a good hotel, the place requires a complete overall and needs decorating with all fixtures and fittings brought up to a much better standard. I have given this hotel a one star rating but this is being really generous. My room on night one was not very good there was lots of dampness in...

Me and a friend stayed there for one night. Free parking which was a bonus. good size room. Guy on reception was polite and helped us book a taxi. I found the bed very comfy! Overall an alright stay. Could be regenerated but you pay for what you get! The people who are complaining must of forgot that it is...

To be honest, it has been said already and all the shocking facts are true. The owners has clearly lost all interest in the business, don't care about customer service and are open for business just to make a few quids before the Health environment officer closes the premises down. Look somewhere else if you are travelling on a budget.

Well.....the floor hadn't been hovered, found hair in the beds, make up on the pillows and towels, mouldy chips behind a cabinet, squashed bug on the door. It became very apprent that the bedding hadn't actually been changed since the last people where there. When we complained to reception his response 'what do you want me to do about it'....

We paid a good price for a budget 2 star place in half term in windsor. Room 9, a family room could do with updating but beds were very comfy, room was clean and tidy. After a busy day sightseeing it was a safe quiet spot for the night. Free car parking was a nice bonus

Arrived at this hotel, was given a key to a supposedly complimentary double room!! Absolutely disgusting, only a rat would be fit to sleep there!! Mold on the ceiling, rusted and paint peeling of the radiator, bleach had been spilled all over a blue rug in the bathroom, no wardrobe just a piece of wood attached to the bathroom door...
