We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children for the night before a day in Legoland. The room was spacious with 2 double beds and an en suite with shower which was small but adequate. The room was clean and comfortable with all amenities, including 2 fans to combat the heat. Staff were welcoming, friendly and very...

If there was a minus I would use it. This hotel was awful. It smelled of indian food as we entered. It was so dated. One flat pillow each. The sheets were all creased. We was put on the top floor, We could not sleep because it was so hot. Every time someone turned a tap on it made noises...

The room was clean, comfy beds spacious for a family of 5. The bathroom was clean shower wasn't very powerful. The staff were welcoming. It is over priced for what it is considering it's not a hotel as you find get breakfast you pay extra and it's only continental.

Shabby and in desperate need of serious maintenance. This place would be ok as a cheap place for a contractor to stay whilst working, but certainly not a couple on a weekend break. The room we were in was tatty, where nothing matched and the "en-suite" was so tiny my husband has to get dried in the bedroom after showering...

We couldn't check in when we arrived (which was fine as it was to early) so we got the keys and when we came to the hotel rooms that evening (about 10:30pm) we were disgusted, the rooms smelt of mould the bathrooms where ever worse, gunk around plug holes in sink and shower. The sheets were not clean at all...

I arrived at this Hotel and as soon as i stepped, i was asked if i needed any help by a young polite man. I could not hear him that well since he was quite quiet. The hotel looked very nice and fresh. Shout out to Mr Khan, he is a very good man. The room was nice and very...

Very hot, stifling room! Wifi was not very good. Generally low quality all around, but relatively inexpensive. Website photos make it look a little better than it actually is. Fairly long walk from the train station (I am 6'2" tall and it was 20 mins or so, although they claim 10 minutes). Okay enough for the price, but I would...

This is quite possibly the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked it through Booking.com as it was the only hotel available for where we wanted to stay, we then found out the day after booking that the reason for not finding anything else was due to the fact Ascot races was on and everywhere else was booked....
