From the time that we entered the Hotel to when we left, all staff we came across were very polite and friendly. The room decor was a bit tired but clean and had a view to the Thames which was nice. We had breakfasts on both mornings and an evening meal on Saturday the portions were very good (at times I...

Front of desk staff and cafe staff were very friendly and helpful. Carrying all my bags up 3 flights though wasn't great at the end of a long day. Carpets and walls along the way were grubby. Most of the room was clean and comfortable but the windows and lamp shades were grotty. The whole of the third floor smelt...

I stated in the annex. Was very concerned as I walked up the stairs and down the corridor as it needs a refurb or a lick of paint if nothing else. That said, the room was better, more modern and the bed was comfortable and the sheets white and crisp. The bathroom was modern but not extravagant. The shower temperature...

We booked this for it's location on the Thames, not too far from M4, Twickenham (for the Rugby World Cup) and railway links. Also free parking but it can get busy. It was also our wedding anniversary and we were delighted that the hotel surprised us with an upgrade on our room - thank you. We had a room overlooking...

Booked for two nights over the weekend of 10/11 October. Pleasant friendly staff throughout but the big problem was the noise of the kitchen extractor just outside the window. The room was very warm so needed to sleep with the window open. About 7:00 am the extractor comes on and the noise is horrible. It stays on until about 11:00...

Booked an Executive room, got a tiny double room, went to reception and told her she said no you didn't, you booked a double? then she checked our booking after my protests and said oh yes your right you did. err that's what your in? I said no I'm not? May I look at a standard double because if that's...

I ran a week long training course here in their Thames Suite and also stayed in the hotel. The function room is right next to the restaurant, separated only by a glass folding door. The restaurant is popular and full in the afternoon and as a result the function room is very noisy, we had difficulty hearing each other. I...

We parked our car in the small hotel car park and headed towards the hotel - there are two entrances, one for the bar and the other for the hotel reception. On seeing the bar we were concerned the noise would keep us up at night, though fortunately it didn't and it was nice knowing that with if hungry we...

We enjoyed our stay great view of the river. However you are definitely paying for the location rather than the room. We stayed with our 15 month old daughter got moved from ground to first floor and had cot brought up for us at no extra charge. The rooms are very dated, to hot, lack adequate ventilation, shower very noisy...

Stayed here for an impromptu weekend away. The setting by the river is lovely, and it's a great base for walks along the river. The hotel itself is quite dated, although if you are in the main building the rooms are still nice. If you are in the block across the car park however, the rooms are a lower standard,...
