Not a place to stay on a weekend if you're looking for a quiet evening. They have themed music night's which look like a great laugh. It was Whitney Houston when I stayed & I can't say that I was all that impressed. Not a Whitney fan! During the themed evenings meal times/access is limited for guests & you must...

Checkin was OK, efficient but lacked warmth. I had a riverside room, across the car park and up 4 flights of stairs, no offer of assistance with luggage. The room was OK size wise but needs a lick of paint and generally a little tired. Nice view from the small balcony towards the river thames. I ordered room service, thirty...

We booked in here as we were visiting a restaurant in Marlow, the staff were helpful and friendly enough - they even let us check in a little early since our room was ready when we arrived. The building has lots of character and has a really nice location right on the Thames with free parking to boot. From there...

Stayed in the waterfront lodge, rooms were very tired and needed a drastic redecoration, stains on the carpets, broken mirror, stains on the walls, no way of regulating the temperature in the rooms. Woken up at 6.00 am by a stream of delivery vehicles. Breakfast was ok, no plates for the croissants/toast though, the continental buffet was not kept tidy and replenished....

Stayed recently while on business. My room was a nice size and had a great view over the river. Clean and comfortable bed with all the usual amenities. Food was OK - the breakfast was probably better then our evening meal. Checking out proved a problem as my card was charged as well as my employer. Only noticed when I...

We stayed for one night in May, the hotel is away from the bar/cafe area of the location so very minimal noise. The rooms are lovely, with balconies, a large desk, chair's and a TV with a good sized bed. Bathroom was equally as nice. Lots of floor space for bags etc. A great location and a great hotel to...

Stayed one night while doing part of the Thames Walk. Outside of hotel looks a bit tired - but location was excellent and the room was newly decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities one would expect. Good breakfast and lovely staff in dining room

It's a nice hotel with a lot of character, food is slightly expensive but other than that it's grand. Clean room, decent food, helpful enough staff and near the town centre. The hotel is based next to the river Thames (if not obvious already) and provides a nice scene when the weather is nice

A friend suggested meeting for lunch. I arrived early and took a seat at a table near the bar that had been previously occupied. After half an hour, the table had not been cleared and I had not been approached at all. When my friend arrived, we looked at the menu and found it pretty standard but rather expensive for...
