We visited Salisbury and were pleasantly surprised by the location and also 'Cathedral view'. Salisbury was amazing, even-song is a must do at the stunning Cathedral. With one of the copies of the Magna Carta housed there it is definitely a gem of England. The town itself is worth poking around with history at every turn. The Cathedral View was...

Wenda and Steve are the perfect hosts, every small detail was catered for. The B&B was easy to find and we were able to park right outside. The breakfast was magnificent, with added historical information from Steve and guidance on how to get the best from our stay. We were able to pop back at any time and change and...

Exactly what I wanted to find. A 210 year old home not a sterile modern hotel. Perfectly located to be able to walk to almost every place of interest. Clean, homely, friendly and excellent breakfast. Stairs would be a problem for those requiring easy access.

As a first B and B experience we could not have visited a better property. Steve and Wenda are delightful hosts. We had a lovely room overlooking the Cathedral. Steve offered us a host of information to make sure we visited all the key sites. Breakfast is a delight!

Slightly hard to find but once settled in with a guest parking pass, you could not be in better hands. The hosts are genial, helpful and warmly welcoming. They know the city inside out and make sure that every place they recommend has been personally vetted. The small number of rooms guarantees personal service and the chance to meet all...

Third floor bedroom, but the view makes the stairs worthwhile! Delicious breakfast made with local produce and homebaked bread. Steve and Wenda give great advice on best places to eat, and will make reservations for you if you email them in advance. Excellent hosts, and a very comfortable stay.

I visited Salisbury again this Fall and was able to snag a place with Wenda and Steve for one night. This year I stayed in Room 1 and it was terrific, as expected. Even though it is at the front of the building, there was very little road noise. The bed was extremely comfortable! As with last year's review, Steve's...
