A stunning place to stay when in Salisbury... fabulous breakfasts.... lovely rooms... friendly helpful hosts... when people complain about being one mile from the Cathedral, they should walk on the footpath round to the cathedral from here. Just enjoy the birdsong and all the streams and pools. Magical!

My husband and I spent an evening here escaping home for a few days, and I would highly recommend it. We upgraded to a superior room and got a really large ground floor room, set in a courtyard looking over the cricket field. The bed was super king sized and SO COMFORTABLE! Lovely bed linen, and big shower and all...

I booked this Bed and Breakfast after researching Salisbury, I wanted to take my Husband away for his 50th Birthday to somewhere special and I was not disappointed. When I spoke to Margaret over the phone, I asked for a Great room overlooking the Cricket field, when we arrived we were shown to room 15 which is right at the...

My wife and I spent a night here on our trip to the English countryside. The hotel itself is off a busy Wilton Road and the room was clean and charming. The lady running the hotel had a school teacher approach to things and seemed annoyed when I pointed out that our TV remote was not working. She seemed to...

Just got back from a trip to Salisbury and cannot recommend Cricket Field House highly enough, fantastic accommodation, and the owners are so friendly and helpful it felt like we were visting relatives. Fabulous breakfast lots of choice - didn't need to eat for the rest of the day. Amazing bed - shame we had to get up as it...

We were exploring Salisbury and decided to book into this property at the last minute. The owners were very friendly. She even took the time to show us to our rooms and the switches in the room, especially shaver point! (which was really hidden below the mirror) The place must have been renovated recently. It feels almost like a high...

I have had reason to stay several times this year in this lovely guest house during my mother's recent terminal illness. The rooms are extremely comfortable, beautifully appointed, the bathrooms spotless and high quality. I can't fault a thing. The setting is peaceful- the gardens are fabulous, well maintained, pretty and include ducks waddling around!. The breakfast is amazing, lots...

We stayed here in early April. While the inn is just off a busy road into Salisbury, you'd never know it. It's quiet, relaxing, and the owners couldn't be more accommodating and pleasant. Our room was satisfactory and clean and the breakfast was excellent. There's a small buffet table supplemented by a cooked breakfast if you want (and you should...

I was fortunate enough to stay in this lovely B&B at the end of March 2015. The accommodations were absolutely perfect: The bed was extremely comfortable and large, the bathroom/shower were huge, and we had our own patio overlooking the beautiful and romantic grounds. During the evenings, the owners (Brian and Margaret) would come in and ensure the heat was...
